Official Giveaway Rules

Important: Please read these Official Rules before entering the Unlock Conference

Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). By participating in this Zillow Group (the “Sponsor”)

Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all of

the eligibility requirements below.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR

PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE

PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and who are prospect and current Zillow partner agents who register for the Unlock Conference in Las Vegas by June 30, 2026. Employees, directors or consultants of Sponsor and its parent and affiliate companies, subsidiaries, divisions, suppliers, members and agencies that are involved in the development, administration, promotion, implementation or execution of this Sweepstakes or any of its materials, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children, including half-and step-family members) and household members of each such person are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2. Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on June 1, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on June 30, 2026, at 7:30 P.M. PT (the "Sweepstakes Period"). 

3. How to Enter: Eligible individuals that have registered for Unlock Conference by June 30th, 2026 will automatically receive one Sweepstakes entry into the Sweepstakes. To enter without registering for the Unlock Conference, eligible individuals must mail a 3x5 card with Eligible individual’s full name, email address, and phone number to: Unlock Sweepstakes Entry, 1301 Second Avenue, Floor 36, Seattle, WA 98101. Entries must be postmarked by June 30, 2026, at 7:30 P.M. PT to be eligible. For those who have purchased between February Feb 1, 2026 and June 1, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. PT can enter by filling out the Unlock Conference Giveaway Interest Form. 

4. Selection of Winners: Two winners (each, a “Winner” and collectively, the “Winners”) will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries that adhere to these Official Rules. The drawing will take place on or about July 6, 2026, virtually, and the potential Winners will be notified via email. Each Winner will receive a three-night stay at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas, with room, applicable taxes, and resort credit covered (the “Prize”) and car service transport to and from the airport upon arrival into Las Vegas. To remain eligible, a potential Winner must be registered for and attend the Unlock conference or notify Sponsor of their inability to attend. Sponsor reserves the right to reassign or transfer the Prize at its discretion if the winner cannot accept.

Except where prohibited, each potential Winner will be required to sign and return a Declaration of Compliance, Liability and Publicity Release (“Declaration”) and a Form W-9, which must be received by Sponsor within five (5) business days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim the Prize. If (i) a potential Winner cannot be contacted; (ii) a potential Winner fails to sign and return the Declaration or provide any other requested information within the required time period (if applicable); (iii) the Prize notification is returned as undeliverable; or (iv) a potential Winner is otherwise unable to accept the Prize as stated, the potential Winner forfeits the Prize. Receiving a Prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. No alternate winners will be selected; any forfeited Prize will remain un-awarded. The Prize will be fulfilled within approximately forty-five (45) days after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.

Verification of Potential Winner: THE POTENTIAL WINNER IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A PRIZE WINNER UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE AND NO FURTHER ACTION IS NEEDED.

5. Prize: Two winners will each receive a three-night stay at Fontainebleau Las Vegas, valued at $1,000 (the “Prize”). The gifted stay is valid only over the dates of October 12–15, 2026, and includes a run-of-house hotel room which includes the nightly rate, resort fee, and applicable taxes only. Hotel incidentals (such as in-room dining, minibar, parking, spa services), travel to and from Las Vegas, meals, and other personal expenses are not included and are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Each selected winner will also receive car service transport to and from the airport to the hotel upon arrival and to depart Las Vegas on October 12 and October 15th. 

Zillow Group will apply the room, tax, and resort fee charges directly to its master account with the hotel. If a Winner has already booked a stay directly with Fontainebleau Las Vegas, billing may be transferred to Zillow Group’s master account, subject to hotel policies and availability. However, if a Winner has booked through a third-party travel site (e.g., Expedia, Booking.com) or is staying at another hotel, Zillow Group will not reimburse or assume any costs, nor will an alternative prize or cash substitution be provided.

No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of any prizes will be permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any reason. The Winner is solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to use and enjoyment of the Prize. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize or components of a prize. The Prize may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.

6. Odds; Taxes; Etc.: Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner must complete Form W9 and provide it to Zillow Group prior to receiving the prize. The winner will be issued a tax form 1099-MISC for the value of the prize awarded. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH WINNER.

7. Release: By entering into this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies and each of their respective parent companies and each company's officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

8. Use of Winner’s Name, Likeness, Etc.: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each entrant's consent to Sponsor's use of entrant's name, likeness or submissions for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration. By entering this Sweepstakes, you consent to being contacted by Sponsor for any purpose in connection with this Sweepstakes, even if you previously opted out of receiving marketing communications from Sponsor.

9. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in their sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor, in their sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

10. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
